Owned and operated by Olympic Gold and Silver Medalist Xeno Muller, the Iron Oarsman is the ultimate, unique fitness experience.  Calling on his 20 years of competitive rowing knowledge, Xeno introduces the sport of indoor rowing to people of all ages.  The 45 minute classes are color coded to indicate level of difficulty;  green classes focus more on technique with lower stroke rates while red classes have higher stroke rates and more difficult exercises.  Beginners are ALWAYS welcome , as the rowing stroke is explained at the beginning of each class.  Xeno and the Iron Oarsman team are looking forward to introducing you to this amazing, full-body, low-impact workout!
